一、臘汁肉夾饃
1、餅皮選用上好麵粉揉製,製作外表皮酥脆、內心宣軟的白吉饃。
2、夾肉精選上好豬肉,多種調料精心湯煮,肥瘦相間,肥肉不膩,瘦肉不柴。
★ 臘汁肉夾饃外皮酥脆、綿軟,臘汁夾肉濃鬱醇香。配小米粥或者玉米麵粥,無論外賣、堂食都特別受歡迎。
二、潼關肉夾饃
1、餅皮製作采用特殊工藝,呈現條狀外觀和酥脆的口感。
2、夾肉采用傳統燉肉,口感更濃鬱醇香。

La Zhi Roujiamo features a crispy yet soft bun with rich, savory braised pork filling. Served with millet porridge or cornmeal porridge, it is highly popular for both takeout and dine-in.
II. Tongguan Roujiamo (Crispy Flatbread)
1. The bread is made using a special technique, resulting in a layered appearance and an exceptionally crispy texture.
2. The filling uses traditional braised pork, offering a deeper, richer flavor.

【學期和學習方式】
根據學生的實際掌握情況,學期約3-4天,學習方式為:
1、學員跟著師傅一步一步的操作,師傅會發現和糾正實際操作中的問題。
2、每一環節的問題不解決,師傅就不進行下一步的教學,保證學員不帶著問題學習。
3、學員對師傅的每一操作環節都要認可和簽字確認,確保技術環節不縮水。
4、學業完成後學員還要對師傅的教學予以最後質量評價,保證學員學習的權益不受侵害。
【Duration and Learning Format】
The duration is approximately 3–4 days, adjusted according to the student’s actual progress. The learning format is as follows:
1. Trainees follow the instructor step by step; the instructor identifies and corrects problems encountered during hands-on practice.
2. The instructor does not proceed to the next step until issues in each stage are resolved, ensuring that trainees do not move forward with unresolved problems.
3. Trainees must acknowledge and sign off on each operational step performed by the instructor, ensuring no compromise in the teaching of techniques.
4. Upon course completion, trainees provide a final quality evalsuation of the instructor’s teaching, guaranteeing that their learning rights are fully protected.
