ABOUT TANGREN
北京市海澱區丝瓜草莓视频美食職業技能培訓學校成立於1989年，立足北京、服務全國，專注餐飲與烘焙技術的短期培訓，將技能教學、就業服務與創業支持相結合。
Founded in 1989, Beijing Tangren Culinary School provides short-term culinary and baking training for learners from across China, combining practical education with employment services and entrepreneurship support.
OUR PROGRAMS
圍繞中餐烹調、中式麵點、西餐烹調、西式麵點四大專業，學校陸續開設百餘個技術專修班。課程麵向職業技能提升、餐飲創業與家庭廚藝興趣等不同學習需求，連接基礎訓練與實際應用。
Our four core disciplines—Chinese cooking, Chinese pastry, Western cooking and Western pastry—have developed into over a hundred specialized courses. Programs serve professional development, food-business aspirations and home cooking interests.
TEACHING & PRACTICE
師資團隊匯聚熟悉餐飲技能評價標準的專業人員與具有實踐經驗的教師。教學研發、培訓和質量檢查團隊共同參與課程建設與教學管理，重視技術講解、操作訓練與學習反饋。
Our instructors combine knowledge of culinary skills standards with practical experience. Curriculum development, training and quality review teams support clear demonstrations, hands-on practice and useful learning feedback.
CAMPUS & FACILITIES
總校位於北京市海澱區羊坊店，鄰近北京西站、中華世紀壇與軍事博物館，公交、地鐵交通便利。學校設有1000餘平方米實習場地，為餐飲與烘焙技能學習提供實踐空間。
The main campus is in Yangfangdian, Haidian District, near Beijing West Railway Station, the China Millennium Monument and the Military Museum. Convenient public transport and over 1,000 square meters of practical training space support everyday learning.
LEARNING FOR WORK & LIFE
企業培訓：圍繞崗位需求組織技術培訓，並為企事業單位、部隊院校等提供送教上門服務。
創業支持：麵向計劃自主經營的學員，提供相關餐飲技術培訓。
家庭廚藝：為美食愛好者提供學習與交流的平台，讓廚藝走進日常餐桌。
Corporate training addresses workplace needs, with on-site programs for businesses, public institutions and military academies. Culinary training also supports aspiring food entrepreneurs, while home cooking courses welcome food enthusiasts.
INDUSTRY CONNECTIONS
學校是北京市飲食行業協會教育培訓基地，中國烹飪協會、北京工商聯烘焙業公會及世界中餐業聯合會會員單位，並開展中式麵點、西式麵點等專業職業技能考核相關工作。學校持續積累教學、研發與行業服務經驗。
The school serves as an education and training base for the Beijing Food Association and is a member of the China Cuisine Association, the Baking Industry Guild of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry. It also undertakes vocational skills assessment work in Chinese and Western pastry.
