1989年
創建北京海澱蔬菜雕刻學校,專門從事食品雕刻培訓。
1989
Founded Beijing Haidian Vegetable Carving School, specializing in food carving training.
1992年
學校更名為北京丝瓜草莓视频美食學校,正式開辦中式烹調師、中式麵點師專業培訓,邀請北京飯店著名烹飪大師黃子雲、粵菜大師康輝、麵點大師常俊生親臨授課,效果顯著,受到社會各界廣泛關注。

The school was renamed Beijing Tang Ren Gourmet School. It officially launched professional training programs for Chinese cuisine chefs and Chinese pastry chefs. Rennowned culinary masters from Beijing Hotel—including Chef Huang Ziyun (Chinese cuisine), Chef Kang Hui (Cantonese cuisine), and Chef Chang Junsheng (pastry)—were invited to teach, achieving remarkable results and attracting wide attention rom all sectors of society.

1995年
首創“勤工儉學”教學模式,學員邊學習邊工作,既解決了學員經濟收入問題,又解決了學與練的問題。

Pioneered the "work-study" teaching model, allowing students to work while learning. This approach not only helped students earn an income but also effectively integrated theory with practice.
1997年
隨文化部扶貧下鄉,遠赴山西貧困地區靜樂縣,為40餘名貧困家庭子女免費組織培訓,成功在京安置就業。

Joined the Ministry of Culture's poverty alleviation program, traveling to Jingle County, a impoverished area in Shanxi Province. Provided free training to over 40 children from low-income families and successfully helped them secure employment in Beijing.

2003年
成立軍地兩用人才培訓基地,每年為北京市部隊係統培養餐飲人才。

Established a training base for military-civilian dual-use talent, cultivating culinary professionals for the Beijing military system each year.

2004年
承辦了北京市勞動局舉辦的北京職業技能大賽海澱賽區比賽活動。

Hosted the Haidian District competition of the Beijing Vocational Skills Competition organized by the Beijing Municipal Labor Bureau.
2005年
與北京現代教育報共同開展營養配員培訓,舉辦中華民族傳統膳食的科學文化內涵大型演講會。

Collaborated with Beijing Modern Education News to launch nutrition catering training and held a large-scale lecture on the scientific and cultural essence of traditional Chinese dietary practices.

多次參與本市各種美食節活動。

2007年
參加迎奧運中關村國際美食節。8月至12月,為本市45家餐飲企業外地務工人員免費培訓。參加海澱區民政局、社團辦、飲食行業協會舉辦的烹飪進社區活動,派專業教師向廣大社區居民傳播健康飲食知識。

Participated in the "Countdown to Olympics" Zhongguancun International Food Festival. From August to December, provided free training to migrant workers from 45 catering enterprises in the city. Took part in the "Cooking in Communities" initiative organized by the Haidian District Civil Affairs Bureau,社團辦公室, and the Catering Industry Association, sending professional instructors to share knowledge on healthy eating with local residents.

2007年
組織編寫出版《丝瓜草莓视频美食係列叢書》14冊專業圖書。

Commenced the organization, compilation, and publication of the Tang Ren Gourmet Series, consisting of 14 professional books.

2008年承接了本市海澱區社區好家庭烹飪大賽決賽工作。

Undertook the organization of the final competition of the Haidian District Community Good Family Cooking Competition.

2009年中旬
召集本市14家老字號餐飲企業廚師長,開展為期半年的別開生麵的招牌菜展示活動。

In mid-2009, gathered head chefs from 14 time-honored catering enterprises in the city to hold a six-month innovative signature dish demonstration event.

與北京大學學生會共同舉辦烹飪進校園活動。

2010年11月
與北京中關村學院共同開展廚藝進社區活動,成功舉辦11期家庭廚藝風采大賽。

In November 2010, partnered with Beijing Zhongguancun College to launch the "Culinary Arts in Communities" initiative, successfully holding 11 sessions of the Family Culinary Skills Competition.

2013年
開辦餐飲業創業培訓課程,扶持餐飲小微創業。

Launched entrepreneurship training courses for the catering industry to support micro and small catering startups.
2015年
針對企事業單位食堂開展多專業、多領域的送教上門活動,為企業解決困擾多年的技術更新痛點。

Conducted multi-specialty, multi-field on-site training programs for canteens of enterprises and public institutions, addressing the long-standing challenge of technological upgrading for these enterprises.

2018年,在國內率先推進食育進校園活動,把中華傳統飲食文化和美食製作課程在小學生群體開始推廣。

Pioneered the "Food Education on Campus" initiative in China, promoting traditional Chinese food culture and culinary courses among elementary school students.

2019年6月,與韓國慧田大學簽訂戰略合作協議,共同推進中韓兩國餐飲文化的傳播與發展。

In June 2019, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hyejeon University in South Korea to jointly promote the dissemination and development of Chinese and Korean culinary culture.

2019年至2026年,丝瓜草莓视频重點拓展了家庭廚藝培訓板塊,不僅麵向有職業需求的學員,也向廣大美食愛好者敞開大門。在這七年間,丝瓜草莓视频精心打造了多個適合家庭烹飪的教學空間,吸引了眾多美食愛好者前來學習交流。

2019–2026
We expanded our home cooking training programs, catering not only to students with professional aspirations but also opening our doors to food enthusiasts. Over these seven years, we meticulously developed multiple teaching spaces tailored for home cooking, attracting a wide range of culinary lovers to learn and exchange ideas.
